Since effecting our asset purchase from Promet Therapeutics LLC and our change of certifying auditors, as reported in registrant’s Forms 8-K filed with the Commission on October 17, 2017 and November 2, 2017, respectively, we are unable to finalize certain sections of the Form 10-Q within the prescribed time without unreasonable effort and expense. The registrant anticipates that it will file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2017 within the "grace" period provided by Securities Exchange Act Rule 12b-25.
